an artisan living in Northville, Michigan. A
visit to Delphi Glass in Lansing is where she
first discovered Flameworking or Lamping.
This is done by winding rods of molten glass
onto a mandrel. Strings of glass are pulled and
twisted together to add design elements. This
forms a unique, one-of-a-kind Fused Glass Bead
or Pendant. The finished piece is annealed in a
kiln for added strength and durability. The
pieces may include natural gemstones, freshwater
pearls, or Swarovski crystals. Please
